As many of you may know already, I love planning and making lists. This is why Google Calendar, Wunderlist, Pinterest, and my Moleskine planner are all pretty high on my rank order of favorite things. So, when I was scrolling through my Facebook feed today, I was super excited to discover this page.
What is Bucket?
Bucket keeps all your trip ideas in one place. Decide and go!
With Bucket, you can:
- Collect trip ideas from anywhere across the web, from travel sites (Frommer’s, Lonely Planet, etc.) or friends (Facebook or email). Bucket scans your text for places and automatically adds in photos, ratings, and reviews.
- Personalize your trip by writing notes, uploading photos, and starring your favorite places to make your trip special.
- Go. See where your places are around you on a map, and navigate to your next adventure!
We take the work out of planning trips so you spend less time planning and more time experiencing.
Bucket has just launched in open beta, and it has already been featured on TechCrunch and Mashable. I highly recommend checking it out and signing up ASAP. It’s a fantastic website for any sort of travel, whether you’re staying local or flying abroad, and it’s super easy to use. You can also add people to buckets you’ve created and turn your trip planning into a collaborative effort (as it should be anyway). I’ve already started making buckets and I can’t wait to share some of them with you soon!
